Refund and Cancellation
Effective: June 30, 2025
At Felico Agency, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality digital marketing services tailored to each client’s needs. Due to the custom, time-based nature of our work, we apply the following refund and cancellation terms. By engaging with our services, you agree to this policy.
1. Custom Service Policy
Most of our work is project-based and tailored specifically for each client. For that reason, we do not offer refunds for:
– Change of mind after project commencement
– Dissatisfaction with creative direction after the approval stages
– Delays caused by client inaction or lack of communication
– Partial work or deliverables already completed
Please ensure you review all proposals, briefs, and agreements carefully before confirming the start of any project.
2. Project Cancellation
If you need to cancel a project or service, the following terms apply:
– Cancellation before any work begins: Full refund (minus any payment gateway fees)
– Cancellation after work has started but before delivery: Partial refund, depending on time spent and resources used
– Cancellation after delivery of final files or execution (e.g., ad campaigns): No refund is possible
To request a cancellation, please contact info@felicoagency.com with your project reference or invoice number.
3. Service Revisions & Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, please reach out within 7 days of receipt. We typically offer:
– One to two rounds of revisions (as defined in your service agreement)
– Collaborative review to clarify any issues
Please note: excessive revisions beyond scope may incur additional fees.
4. Missed Deadlines
We strive to meet all agreed-upon timelines. However, delays can occur due to:
– Client-side delays in providing required input or approvals
– Scope changes mid-project
– Unforeseen events impacting schedules
Felico Agency is not liable for business losses resulting from such delays. If a delay occurs on our side without a justified reason, we may, at our discretion, offer partial credits or service adjustments.
5. Non-Refundable Services
The following are considered non-refundable:
– Consultations after they’ve taken place
– Completed strategy documents, design files, or marketing plans
– Advertising budgets paid directly to third-party platforms (e.g. Google, Meta)
6. Communication Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate and timely feedback. If we do not hear back within 14 days of a deliverable being sent, we reserve the right to mark the project as completed.
