2. Service Engagement

– Make an upfront payment or deposit (as agreed)
Once a project is confirmed and work begins, cancellation and refund policies apply (see Refund & Cancellation Policy).
3. Client Responsibilities
By working with Felico, you agree to:
– Provide accurate, timely, and complete information required for project delivery
– Ensure that all materials you provide (logos, brand assets, content) are legally owned or properly licensed
– Respond to feedback requests or revisions within reasonable timeframes
– Acknowledge that delays caused by client inaction may affect deadlines and outcomes
Felico reserves the right to pause or cancel a project if essential input is not provided in a timely manner.
4. Pricing & Payments
All service fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
– Payment terms will be outlined in each individual proposal or invoice
– Certain services may require upfront payment or retainers
– Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and secure online payment platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)
Felico reserves the right to adjust pricing or service availability at any time prior to confirmation.
5. Intellectual Property
All content and materials created by Felico during a project (designs, copy, strategies, etc.) remain our property until full payment is received. Upon payment, and unless otherwise agreed in writing:
– You receive the rights to use the final deliverables for your business needs
– Felico may retain rights to showcase the work for portfolio or promotional purposes
Any materials provided by the client remain their intellectual property.
6. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of your business information and strategies. Any sensitive or proprietary information shared with us will be kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or with your prior consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Felico shall not be held liable for:
– Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
– Losses resulting from third-party platform behavior (e.g. ad policy changes, account restrictions)
– Delays or issues caused by inaccurate client information or missed deadlines
– Outcomes of digital campaigns that depend on audience behavior and market dynamics
Felico’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Modifications to Services
Felico reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services or website at any time. Continued use of the site or our services constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming, unless otherwise required by law.
